What the job really is

The Core Development Program at InterSystems is a rotational experience for students graduating in Fall 2026 or Spring 2027, focusing on building a foundation in software engineering. Participants will engage in front-end, back-end, or full stack development, completing two 6-week projects with different product teams while receiving mentorship from experienced engineers. The program aims to transition participants into full-time roles based on their performance and interests.
