  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to have
  • MBA, MPH, MHA, or similar degree preferred
  • Experience with clinical and claims data models and standards, such as HL7, CDA, FHIR, X12 (837/835/834), OMOP, and OpenEHR
  • Familiarity with SQL, BI/reporting tools, and healthcare quality measure frameworks (e.g., HEDIS, CQM, Star Ratings) is a strong plus
