Patient & Family Advisor

As a Patient and Family Advisor at InStride Health, you will guide families through accessing mental health care, focusing on patient advocacy and education. Your role involves building relationships, navigating insurance complexities, and providing support throughout the onboarding process. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure families receive the necessary assistance and participate in piloting new workflows to improve processes.
