What the job really is

As an Exposure Coach at InStride Health, you will provide structured coaching to children, teens, and young adults dealing with anxiety and OCD. Your role involves collaborating with therapists and other care team members to support patients in achieving their treatment goals through video sessions and secure messaging. You will also engage in ongoing training and contribute to a collaborative environment focused on innovative mental health care.
