What they actually want (must-haves)

Professional in economics, administration, engineering, social sciences, political sciences or related fields; desirable postgraduate degree in project management, public finance or development.
7-10 years of experience in management/direction of international cooperation projects, fund administration with multilateral/bilateral organizations, and similar.
Experience coordinating with public entities at technical and managerial levels; desirable experience with the District of Bogotá or Colombian territorial entities.
Experience leading teams and managing projects and relationships with multiple institutional counterparts simultaneously.
Experience in procurement and fiduciary processes under development bank standards (KfW, BID, World Bank or similar) — desirable.
Fluent in Spanish; advanced English.

Nice to have

Experience in environmental management, urban development or climate resilience, given the technical content of several MC — desirable.
