Talent Sourcer

As a Talent Sourcer at Inspira Education, you will be responsible for designing and executing advanced sourcing strategies to identify and engage candidates for hard-to-fill roles. This includes partnering with hiring managers to create Ideal Candidate Profiles, managing multiple sourcing pipelines, and documenting processes to improve efficiency. Your role will also involve high-volume outreach and tracking sourcing metrics to refine strategies.
