The Metal Fabrication Floor Lead will oversee the operation of laser machines and other fabrication equipment during the third shift in two facilities. This role includes managing equipment setup, operation, and maintenance, as well as handling material loading and unloading to ensure production goals are met. The lead will also collaborate with other shifts and maintain documentation of machine performance and safety compliance.
