What the job really is

The Outbound Sales Associate will be responsible for initiating contact with financial advisors who are not currently using the iCapital platform, aiming to secure their registration and facilitate their first trade. Daily tasks include making over 75 outbound calls, logging activities in the CRM, and nurturing relationships with advisors through structured discovery calls and tailored follow-ups.
