What the job really is

The Senior Industrial Engineer at Hyliion is responsible for optimizing the KARNO production system by focusing on capacity modeling, line balancing, and material flow design. This role involves hands-on collaboration with various teams on the production floor to ensure efficient operations and continuous improvement in manufacturing processes. The engineer will also be tasked with implementing pull systems and designing layouts that enhance production efficiency while ensuring safety and ergonomics.
