What the job really is

The Technical Program Manager at Hyliion is responsible for overseeing the planning and coordination of hardware programs related to power generation components. This role involves collaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure designs are scalable and manufacturable, managing project timelines and budgets, and leading cross-functional meetings. Additionally, the manager will coordinate testing and validation processes and report on program status to leadership.
