What the job really is

The Metrology Engineer at Hyliion is responsible for ensuring precision in dimensional measurements across internal operations and suppliers. This role involves leading supplier inspections, designing inspection fixtures, and maintaining metrology systems to guarantee the integrity of dimensional data. The engineer will also interface with design engineering to ensure measurability in designs and support manufacturing quality through data analysis and root cause investigations.
