What they actually want (must-haves)
  • 5+ years of architectural or architectural-engineering experience on industrial, mission-critical, or large commercial buildings
  • Strong working command of IBC, egress and life-safety design, fire-rated assemblies, and accessibility requirements
  • Envelope expertise: air/vapor barriers, roofing systems, and detailing that survives value engineering
  • Experience running AHJ plan review cycles to approval across multiple jurisdictions
