As a Casting Coordinator at HumanSignal, you will be responsible for recruiting and managing local performers for on-camera sessions that contribute to AI training. Your role involves building relationships within the Columbus performing arts community, conducting auditions, and coordinating candidate communication throughout the recruitment process. You will also analyze the effectiveness of various recruiting channels and adapt strategies as needed.
