What the job really is

The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive operational, project, and administrative support to the Executive Director and the Special Advisor, Internal Communications. This role involves managing the Executive Director's calendar, coordinating travel arrangements, liaising with stakeholders, and supporting various meetings and projects. The position requires a significant in-person presence in the New York office, particularly when the Executive Director is in town.
