What the job really is

As a Senior IT Administrator at Hover, you will be the primary IT support contact for over 300 employees, focusing on macOS and cloud-based tools. Your responsibilities include resolving IT issues, managing user access through Okta, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
