  • Experience implementing and maintaining test automation within CI/CD environments and supporting rapid, reliable software delivery

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and investigate the root causes of complex defects
  • Ability to prioritize effectively, manage multiple initiatives, and adjust quickly in a rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence quality throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Sound judgment about when automation, AI-assisted workflows, or human review are most appropriate
