  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or equivalent experience in Finance, Business or Computing field
  • 3-5 years of experience in supporting EMP Suite (Oracle Hyperion, SAP etc) or good FP&A related support experience
  • Excellent communication (both oral & written) and presentation skills
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Nice to have
  • Experience of working with software as a service based product/application support for supporting US based accounts
  • Experience of working with MS Office, especially with Excel
  • Knowledge of .Net/SQL scripting

As a Technical Support Engineer at Planful, you will provide exceptional support to customers using the Planful Enterprise Performance Management Software Suite, focusing on budgeting, planning, and financial reporting. Your role includes training customers and collaborating with internal teams to deliver best practice solutions. You will also enhance your skills in problem-solving and effective communication while working closely with global teams.
