What the job really is

As a Solutions Architect for Customer Excellence Optimization at Planful, you will focus on enhancing customer financial performance by evaluating their business processes and technology needs. Your role involves collaborating with various internal teams to address customer challenges, delivering product demos, and providing actionable recommendations to optimize their use of EPM solutions. You will leverage your expertise in financial performance management to support existing customers and drive their finance transformation goals.
