What the job really is

As the Manager of Operations Excellence at Hopscotch Primary Care, you will lead the design and execution of learning and development initiatives aimed at enhancing patient care. Your responsibilities will include developing training programs, managing the Learning Management System, and ensuring educational consistency across the organization. You will also support onboarding for new clinics and teams, and may need to travel occasionally for training delivery.
