What the job really is

As an IT Engineer at Hometap, you will provide first-line IT support to employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Your responsibilities will include provisioning new equipment, managing operating systems and cloud services, and supporting security initiatives. You will also coordinate the rollout of new tools and maintain hardware inventory while delivering excellent customer service through various communication channels.
