What the job really is

The Associate Program Manager will support the underwriting operations for Spinnaker's Partner Programs business, ensuring compliance, documentation accuracy, and performance tracking. Daily tasks include assisting with state filing, reviewing deal terms, compiling performance data for renewals, and preparing reinsurer reporting packages. The role also involves tracking audit findings and supporting new business development efforts.
