What the job really is

As a Data Analyst at Hippo, you will take ownership of analytics for critical operational areas, designing dashboards and uncovering insights to drive business decisions. You will collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, build Tableau dashboards, and present findings that translate data into actionable recommendations. This role emphasizes autonomy and proactive problem-solving, allowing you to shape how data is used to optimize operations within the company.
