What the job really is

As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Highnote, you will manage a portfolio of existing customers, ensuring their success and driving mutual growth. Your responsibilities include coordinating implementation and support across various teams, optimizing customer portfolios for revenue retention, and proactively identifying expansion opportunities. You will also serve as an expert on your customers' businesses, helping to connect their goals with Highnote's payment solutions.
