What the job really is

The People Operations Lead at Helsing will focus on enhancing and streamlining the global People Operations setup to support the company's growth. This role involves designing processes across the employee lifecycle, improving service delivery, and implementing automation to enhance employee experience. The individual will work closely with various teams to identify and resolve operational complexities and drive continuous improvement.
