What the job really is

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Helping Hands Family, you will provide personalized, play-based ABA therapy to children with autism, focusing on helping them achieve developmental milestones. Your daily tasks will include delivering 1-on-1 direct care, teaching daily living and social skills, implementing therapy sessions designed by a BCBA, and collecting behavior data to support each child's progress.
