Clinical Director (BCBA)- Berkshire Heights

The Clinical Director at Helping Hands Family is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, managing a team of BCBAs and RBTs, and ensuring quality ABA services are delivered. This role involves providing clinical supervision, supporting team members, communicating with families, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The Clinical Director also participates in budgeting and financial monitoring to achieve clinic goals.
