Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Helping Hands Family, you will deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism, primarily those under age 6. You will manage a caseload of up to 10 clients, supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, write treatment plans, and collaborate with other clinical professionals to ensure best practices are upheld. The role emphasizes clinical excellence, mentorship, and a supportive team environment.
