What the job really is

As an Asset Protection Specialist, you will conduct internal theft investigations, identify theft trends, and implement action plans to reduce shortages. You will also monitor theft activity using video systems, respond to incidents, and assist with safety and emergency procedures. The role requires effective communication and collaboration with various teams to foster a culture of safety and compliance.
