What the job really is

As a Bilingual Mental Health Therapist at Backpack Healthcare, you will provide individual, family, and group therapy through telehealth, focusing on culturally responsive care for children, teens, and families. You will conduct clinical intakes, develop trauma-informed treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, all while maintaining a flexible schedule that accommodates part-time or full-time work.
