Desktop Support Engineer

The Desktop Support Engineer will be responsible for Microsoft Windows administration, focusing on imaging, deployment, and configuration of Windows laptops. This role involves providing technical support for hardware and software issues, administering Active Directory and Microsoft 365, and ensuring compliance with security protocols. The engineer will also handle asset inventory and work closely with users to maintain high customer service standards.
