Director, Growth Strategy

As the Director of Growth Strategy at Hatch, you will be responsible for synthesizing insights from various marketing, sales, and product channels to identify high-impact growth opportunities. You will collaborate closely with the executive team and other departments to provide strategic recommendations that drive business decisions, without owning execution. Your role will evolve from understanding current growth performance to shaping long-term growth strategies and expanding Hatch's market presence.
