What the job really is

The Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) at Harrow will serve as the primary reimbursement expert for physician practices using Harrow's buy-and-bill drug portfolio, focusing on the Retina and Surgical franchises. The role involves educating practice staff on coverage, coding, billing, and claims processes, building relationships with key accounts, and analyzing claims to identify and resolve access barriers. This position requires significant travel within the Midwest region, specifically Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, and Iowa.
