What the job really is

The Implementation Engineer at Harbor is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction through the successful installation and implementation of Intapp solutions. This role involves assessing client needs, leading project teams, managing client communications, and providing technical support during and after software deployments. The Engineer will also be involved in migrating solutions to the cloud, writing SQL reports, and maintaining integrations with various systems.
