People Operations Manager

As the People Operations Manager at Habitat Health, you will be responsible for designing and managing the core processes that support the employee lifecycle in a rapidly growing healthcare organization. Your role will involve creating scalable onboarding and offboarding processes, leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency, ensuring compliance with multi-state employment laws, and managing vendor relationships. You will also lead the Open Enrollment process and serve as a trusted partner for team members and managers on policy-related issues.

• The anticipated base salary range for this position is $140,000–$165,000 for candidates located in San Francisco, New York City, or Seattle, and $120,000–$150,000 for candidates located elsewhere
• This position is also eligible for a target annual bonus of 10% of salary
