As an Assistant Teacher at Guidepost Montessori, you will support a mixed-age classroom for children ages 0-6, helping to create a nurturing and engaging environment. Your daily responsibilities will include preparing the classroom, observing children to understand their individual needs, and facilitating both individual and small-group learning activities. You will work closely with Lead Guides and other team members to foster a strong classroom community and build positive relationships with children and their families.
