What the job really is

As a Behavioral Health Technician at Guidelight Health, you will provide direct support to patients undergoing mental health treatment, including assisting with daily activities and facilitating therapeutic exercises. You will work under the supervision of licensed professionals, maintaining patient records, engaging in therapeutic activities, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
