Staff/Principal Full Stack Blockchain Engineer

The Staff/Principal Full Stack Blockchain Engineer at Groma will be the first full-time blockchain engineering hire, responsible for the onchain tech stack of GromaCoin, which represents fractional ownership in real estate. Daily tasks will involve building, deploying, and maintaining smart contracts on EVM networks, while collaborating closely with stakeholders to identify and solve business problems. The role requires a balance of technical expertise and a product mindset, with expectations to work across the entire technology stack including backend, frontend, and blockchain infrastructure.
