What the job really is

As a Technical Engineer - Packaging at Green Thumb Industries, you will design, develop, and optimize packaging solutions and automation systems for production processes. Your role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure packaging meets product protection, cost, and regulatory requirements while also addressing challenges at local facilities. You will also provide technical support and training for packaging automation equipment and lead validation processes for new packaging systems.

Benefits
  • Competitive pay range of $95,000 — $125,000 USD based on experience, qualifications, and/or location
  • Positions may be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance
