What the job really is

As a Machine Operator in the cannabis production department, you will set up and operate automated and semi-automated machinery to produce high-quality cannabis products. Your responsibilities include ensuring equipment readiness, performing maintenance, conducting quality inspections, and adhering to safety protocols while working in a fast-paced environment. You will also collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiency and participate in new product development.
