What the job really is

The Program Scheduler is responsible for developing and maintaining the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for complex aerospace development programs. This role involves collaboration across various departments to ensure the schedule aligns with program objectives and complies with industry standards. The Scheduler will lead schedule development, conduct status reviews, analyze variances, and provide metrics and reports to stakeholders.
