What the job really is

The Engineering Group Lead will assist Engineering leadership in guiding the Mechanical Engineering team, ensuring successful completion of engineering designs. This role involves coaching, mentoring, and training engineers, conducting performance reviews, and managing resource planning and task assignments while adhering to budgets and schedules. The lead will also develop tools and processes to improve departmental efficiency and collaborate with other departments to resolve issues.
