What the job really is

As a Business Operations Specialist at Gradial, you will support the GTM organization and IT operations by managing complex calendars for senior leaders, coordinating meetings and logistics, and providing IT support. The role is broad, allowing you to develop expertise in IT and security operations or GTM operations based on your interests and strengths, while continuously improving operational processes and taking on new projects as the company grows.
