What they actually want (must-haves)
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics/Supply Chain, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 3–5+ years of experience in warehouse engineering, internal logistics engineering, material handling engineering, or a similar role within a manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrated experience designing or improving warehouse layouts, material flow, and internal logistics processes
  • Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and/or ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable engineering and process solutions
  • Self-propelled and creative problem-solver, comfortable working independently and building new processes with limited precedent
Nice to have
  • Experience working within a Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) environment
  • Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English
  • Experience working with hazardous materials handling, storage, and compliance
  • Experience in the battery, energy storage, or EV manufacturing industry
  • Certification such as APICS CPIM/CSCP, Certified Customs Specialist (CCS), Lean/Six Sigma, or a Professional Engineer (PE) designation

Benefits
  • Base pay range of $85,000 — $95,000 USD
