What the job really is

The Aviation Operations Coordinator at Goodwin is responsible for managing live trip requests in a fast-paced environment. This role involves confirming aircraft availability, gathering quotes, and maintaining communication with brokers and operators to ensure timely trip execution. The coordinator will spend much of their day on the phone, building relationships and negotiating terms to help brokers close business efficiently.
