Head of Human Resources

The Head of Human Resources at the Global Energy Alliance for People and Planet will lead the global HR strategy for a mission-driven organization focused on ending energy poverty. This role involves managing a distributed HR team, developing HR policies, overseeing talent management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws while fostering an inclusive culture. The position reports to the CEO and requires strategic partnership with organizational leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives.

• Annualized starting salary of $275,000-300,000
