Senior Engineering Manager, Platform

As a Senior Engineering Manager at GiveDirectly, you will oversee one domain of the cash delivery platform, managing a team of 5-7 senior engineers while ensuring high technical quality and operational excellence. Your role involves direct management, recruiting, and fostering a strong engineering culture during a period of rapid growth, as the organization scales its platform to deliver significant cash transfers. You will collaborate with product teams and other stakeholders to balance feature development with technical debt and operational needs, all while focusing on the impact of technology on recipients.

• Base Salary: $181,130 (US), £124,370 (UK), $112,350 (Kenya)
• Bonus at Target Performance: 15%
