The Field Officer - Internal Audit will engage directly with recipients in the field to assess and improve cash transfer processes, ensuring compliance with organizational standards. Responsibilities include auditing recipient surveys, measuring data quality, identifying risks, and reporting any fraud or inconsistencies. This role is critical for maintaining the integrity of GiveDirectly's cash transfer model and requires strong judgment and communication skills.
