What the job really is

As a Manufacturing Supervisor at Genezen, you will lead and mentor the upstream manufacturing team, ensuring the safe and efficient execution of viral vector production activities. Your role involves overseeing batch activities, training personnel, and implementing process improvements while adhering to cGMP standards. You will also be responsible for managing production systems and ensuring compliance with safety and quality regulations.
