What the job really is

As the Plant Manager at General Matter, you'll be responsible for building and leading the Paducah site, overseeing its readiness, staffing, and training. Once operational, you'll manage daily operations, maintenance, and regulatory compliance while ensuring safety and performance standards are met. You'll also serve as the primary liaison between the site and corporate leadership, establishing effective communication and business strategies.
