The Head of IT at General Matter will oversee the company's IT systems, ensuring they align with business goals while maintaining security and efficiency. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with engineers to implement Microsoft enterprise software, managing scalable systems, and driving improvements in infrastructure performance. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to document and follow best practices in systems design and implementation.

• Base salary range of $200,000-$260,000 annually
